We are from the Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. We detect adaptive variation, harmful variation and structural variation related to key agronomic traits by using machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms combined with big data such as multi-omics and climate environment. Furthermore, crisPR-CAS9 enables functional genomics analysis and rapid molecular breeding. Focusing on crop population genomics and intelligent breeding, the following work is mainly carried out :(1) collection, preservation, evaluation and innovation of rice, grape and other crop germplasm resources; (2) Genetic basis of important agronomic traits; (3) Machine learning and crop genome design and breeding.
